These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Czech Lesson. By booking or purchasing lessons, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide online Czech language lessons and related educational services. All lessons are delivered digitally via video conferencing platforms.

3. Bookings

• Bookings are made via Calendly
• Appointments are confirmed upon successful booking
• Clients are responsible for attending on time
• A stable internet connection and device with camera/microphone are required

4. Payments

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are displayed in Czech Koruna (CZK) before checkout
• No lesson is guaranteed without completed payment
• All prices include applicable taxes

5. Cancellations

Cancellation rules are described in the Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All lesson materials, including but not limited to worksheets, presentations, and educational content, are the intellectual property of Czech Lesson and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared without written permission.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact information
• Attend lessons at scheduled times
• Maintain respectful communication
• Complete assignments and practice as recommended

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, technical issues beyond our control, or missed lessons due to client error. Czech Lesson is not responsible for third-party service disruptions (Calendly, Stripe, video conferencing platforms).

9. Modifications

Czech Lesson reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Czech law.
